Blanchette Bistro is seeking an junior sous chef to join and strengthen our brigade, a great opportunity for a strong Chef De Partie to take the next step in there career. 

We specialise in French tapas style dining with a modern twist. We offer a competitive salary, excellent progression and training programme, meals and uniform while on duty. In return we require hard work, commitment, level headedness, can do attitude and a passion for food and knowledge. 

Candidates will have all the relevant skills required of a sous chef. A steady, strong and professional personality is key, along with great communication skills and a can- do attitude. 

The role will involve 7-8 shifts per week.
